PRODUCTION DETAIL INTRODUCTION:

Spring Loaded Anchors (SLA's) are generally used at the dead (non-stressing) end of the bed. The internal spring ensures that the wedge sits correctly inside the enclosed barrel, preventing the wedges from movement by work being carried out at the live (stressing) end.

SLA's incorporate the same wedges as the open grip but have larger barrels and a spring mechanism. The threaded cap anchors can also be joined together with a center plug to make a double-ended joint.

Spring loaded anchors can be quickly applied to wires and strands due to their construction that keeps the components in the closed position of use and protected. 

They are made with high quality steel and subjected to rigorous heat treatment, thanks to which we can assure a number of reuse constant and high.
