After-sales service
The buyers shall have the right to apply to SGS or other inspection organization agreed by both parties at the destination for re-inspection( Inspection fee to be borne by buyers )after discharge of the goods at the port of destination. Any quality claim by the buyers must be lodged to the seller and available at supplying mill within 45 days after discharge in port of destination. Quantity claim should be lodged within 20 days after arrival of goods in the port for destination. With the exception of those claim for which the insurance company and /or the shipping company is responsible.
